From the 5th to the 6th of October, 2023, we had the privilege of reuniting with the esteemed mayors of the AMALI inaugural cohort in Ethiopia. It was a joyous occasion filled with dance, delicious meals, and the warmth of being together once more. This heartwarming, in-person reunion was made possible by the gracious hospitality of the Mayor of Addis Ababa and the Mayor of Adama, who welcomed us to their respective cities and showcased the remarkable progress they have achieved in pursuit of their legacy goals since our Leadership Forum held in January at the University of Cape Town.
